Ingredients

1 large brown onion(minced)

6 cloves garlic(minced)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 lbs ground beef (or pork)

4 red Filipino hot dogs(sliced)

3 tbsp tomato paste

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 cup banana ketchup

2 tbsp fish sauce

½ cup evaporated milk

¼ cup condensed milk

Spaghetti Pasta

Magnolia Cheese(substitute with white American cheese)

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until translucent.

Step 2

Add minced meat and season with salt and pepper.

1 lbs ground beef (or pork)

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Step 3

Once meat is no longer pink add hot dogs and tomato paste.

4 red Filipino hot dogs(sliced)

3 tbsp tomato paste

Step 4

Cook for a few more minutes and add crushed tomatoes, banana ketchup, and fish sauce.

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 cup banana ketchup

2 tbsp fish sauce

Step 5

Cover and let simmer on medium low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 6

Add evaporated milk and condensed milk.

½ cup evaporated milk

¼ cup condensed milk

Step 7

Let simmer on low while you boil spaghetti.

Step 8

Combine sauce with pasta and sauce is emulsified.

Step 9

Top with shredded cheese and enjoy
