Ingredients

3 chicken breasts

2 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

For the sauce
4 crushed or minced garlic cloves

24 oz marinara sauce

1 ½ cup heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Kinders buttery garlic and herb

½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan

⅓ cup pasta water

6 oz baby spinach

1 cup grape tomatoes

16 oz penne pasta
Directions
Step 1
Slice chicken breasts in half, season, drizzle with olive oil, sauté in skillet for 5 to 10 minutes on each side on medium heat. Remove from pan and set aside.

To the same skillet add in your garlic, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on medium-low heat. Now you can add in marinara, heavy cream and cream cheese. Cover and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cream cheese is soft enough to whisk. Whisk until smooth.

Boil your pasta according to the directions on the box.

Now you can add in the seasonings and remaining ingredients to the sauce. Let simmer about 5 minutes, until the spinach starts to cook down.
