1 Green bell pepper

4 Garlic Cloves

1 lb Turkey sausage

1 lb Ground beef

½ tsp Paprika

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Mrs. Dash

1 tspThe Usual Fireman smoke (optional)

2 jar of Carbone Marinara

1 spoonful of Sugar

For the filling

2 eggs

15 oz Ricotta

1 tsp Italian blend cheese

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Garlic powder

Salt to taste

Step 1
Start by dicing your onion, pepper, and garlic. Add to pan with olive oil.

Add and brown both meats. Once browned add your seasonings and sauce. Mix well.

Start making your filling. Add eggs, ricotta, cheese, and seasoning to a bowl. Give it a good mix and set it aside.

Cook your pasta. Once cooked begin filling the pasta shells.

Start with a layer of meat sauce and add stuffed shells. Layer with more meat sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
