½ White Onion, diced

2 Jalapeños, deseeded and diced

1 can diced Green Chiles

1 block Cream Cheese

½ c Mayonnaise

1 c Sour Cream

1 tsp Kinders Margarita Seasoning (optional)

1 tsp Adobo

1 tsp Tajin

1 Lime

8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded

16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Step 1
Add some oil to a hot pan along with the onions, jalapeños, and green onions. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Add 2 cans of corn, diced chiles, cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Mix well.

Season with kinders, adobo, and tajin. Mix in cilantro and lime juice.

Add half of the mozzarella cheese and the pepper jack cheese. Mix well until all the cheese has melted.

8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded

16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Add to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and tajin.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes and broil for 3 minutes.
