Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

½ sweet onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 - 2 lbs ribeye (or steak of your choice)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp Kinders Steak Blend

2 cups heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese

16 oz mozzarella, shredded

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

16 oz penne pasta

Directions

Step 1

Slice your steak into thin strips, sauté for about five minutes, add in peppers and onions. Continue cooking until steak is done and peppers and onions are soft.

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 - 2 lbs ribeye (or steak of your choice)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp Kinders Steak Blend

Step 2

Add heavy cream and cream cheese to your pan, cover and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes or until the cream cheese starts to become soft enough to stir. Stir until smooth.

8 oz cream cheese

2 cups heavy cream

Step 3

Add in half of your mozzarella and your remaining seasonings.

16 oz mozzarella, shredded

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 4

Boil pasta according to the directions on the box. Save about 1/2 cup pasta water.

Step 5

Once your pasta is done, add 1/2 cup pasta water to your sauce, and mix in the cooked pasta let simmer for about 5 minutes on low.

Step 6

Mix in remaining mozzarella and it’s ready to serve.
