1 lbs Pork Chops
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Mrs. Dash

Bell Peppers
Yellow Onion
Green Onion
Garlic Cloves
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Flour
4 c Chicken Broth

Step 1
Season your pork chops. In a hot pot sear your pork chops for 5-10 minutes.

In the same pot sautée the bell peppers, onion, and a few garlic cloves.

For the gravy
Step 1
In the same pan on medium heat, add your butter and flour. Whisk frequently, let cook for 5-10 minutes. Add the chicken broth.

4 c Chicken Broth

Add your pork chops back to the pot and let simmer for 1.5 hours or until pork chops fall apart.
