For the chicken
5 Chicken Thighs

2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning(adjust to desired spice level)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Adobo
½ tsp Paprika

1 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Seasoning

16 oz Penne Pasta
For the sauce
½ Butter Stick
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning (adjust to desired spice level)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Adobo
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Seasoning
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl season the chicken thighs with seasonings listed. Once seasoned cook each side for 10-15 minutes.

2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning(adjust to desired spice level)
Step 2
While chicken is cooking start boiling your pasta, cook according to directions on the box.
16 oz Penne Pasta
Step 3
Remove chicken from pan once finished.
Step 4
For the sauce
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning(adjust to desired spice level)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Adobo

1 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Seasoning
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Step 1
To the same pan add butter, sliced bell peppers, and minced garlic simmer until fragrant.
½ Butter Stick
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Step 2
Add in the heavy cream along with your seasonings and cheese. Mix well.

8 oz Mozzarella Cheese

1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Adobo
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning(adjust to desired spice level)
Step 3
Once the pasta is finished add to pan. Dice up your chicken and add to the pan as well.
Step 4
Mix well and top off with green onions. Enjoy!
