Ingredients

For the Alfredo sauce

1 lb spaghetti noodles

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 cups heavy cream

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

4 tbsp salted butter

8 oz cream cheese

4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

For the meat sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 yellow onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced
2 lbs ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

32 oz marinara sauce

2 tbsp sugar

8 oz mozzarella, shredded

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2
Boil spaghetti according to directions on the box.

In a pan on medium heat, add your olive oil and garlic. Sauté for a couple minutes, add heavy cream, butter, and cream cheese. Cover on medium-low for 5 minutes. Whisk until cream cheese is well combined, add seasonings and Parmesan, whisk and cover on low.

In a separate pan, on medium heat, add your olive oil, onions and bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add your ground beef and brown, drain grease if necessary. Add your seasonings, marinara and sugar (optional). Mix until well combined.

Add your spaghetti to the Alfredo sauce, mix until pasta is evenly coated.

In a baking dish, add your pasta, layer with your meat sauce. Top it off with mozzarella and cheddar. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the top starts to bubble and crisp.
