Ingredients

3 - 4 large russet potatoes

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp natures season

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tsp smoked paprika

12 oz pack of bacon

8 oz Colby jack cheese, shredded

Green onions, chopped

Sour cream (for dipping)

Step 1
Bake your bacon in the oven according to the directions on the package. When the bacon is done, chop it up into small bits.

Preheat oven to 400°

Rinse and scrub potatoes to remove any dirt. Slice into 1/4 inch round slices.

Add your potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings to a large bowl. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated in the seasonings and olive oil.

Line potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for approximately 30 minutes. They should easily pierce with a fork.

When they come out, top each piece with your cheese, return to oven for approximately 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

8 oz Colby jack cheese, shredded

Once the cheese is melted, top your potatoes with bacon bits and green onions.
