Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 cup plain panko
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup sour cream
16 oz jar pickles (diced)
1 tbsp fresh dill
½ Juice of a lemon
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 ranch seasoning packet
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
To a hot skillet, add butter and panko. Stirring frequently until panko is toasted and golden.

Step 2
Mix together remaining ingredients and half of your panko.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup sour cream
16 oz jar pickles (diced)
1 tbsp fresh dill

Once mixed, you can put it in a baking dish or bowl, top with remaining panko.
