1 Green Bell Pepper

1 Red Bell Pepper

½ Shallot

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

16 oz Pasta

1 ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

4 oz Parmesan Cheese

4 oz Cheddar Cheese

For the sauce

2 Roma Tomatoes

½ White Onion

1 packet Chicken Bouillon

½ tsp Oregano

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Onion Powder

½ tsp The Usual Fire & Smoke

Step 1
Start out by dicing salmon into bite size pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, add your seasonings, and toss.

Add some oil to a hot skillet and sauté salmon for 5-10 minutes and remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, sauté your bell pepper, shallots, and garlic.

Boil pasta per directions on the box. Once cooked, drain and add to skillet.

For the sauce

In a separate pot add two tomatoes and half of an onion. Boil for 10 minutes.

Once boiled remove and add to blender along with your seasonings, and 1/2 cup of pasta water. Blend until smooth.

To your skillet add the sauce along with a 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.

Mix in some cheddar cheese, and season once more.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Add the salmon back to the skillet and toss. Add parsley for garnish.
