Ingredients
1 lbs Chicken Breast
2 cups Flour
2 cups Panko
1 tsp Season All
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano
3 Eggs
Mozzarella
Parmesan Cheese

2 jars Carbone Marinara
Salt to taste

1 tbsp Sugar
1 lbs Spaghetti Noodles
Directions
Step 1
Butterfly and tenderize chicken breast.

In 3 separate bowls add your panko, flour, and eggs. Season the panko and flour. Give them a good mix.

Dip the chicken breast into the eggs, then the flour, then back into the eggs and finish with the panko.

Fry chicken for 5-10 minutes on each side.

In a hot pan with oil add some shallots and garlic. Let it simmer.

To the pan add two jars of sauce and season it. Add sugar and freshly grated parmesan. Allow to simmer.

Lay chicken on a baking sheet and top with sauce, fresh mozzarella, and grated parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes and broil for 3 minutes.
