Ingredients
For the chicken

3 thinly sliced chicken breasts

Cooking oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp Kinders grilled chicken seasoning

1 tbsp Complete seasoning

1 tbsp smoked paprika

For the sauce

4 tbsp butter
½ shallot, diced

2 tbsp minced garlic

¼ cup flour

5 cups chicken broth

3 cups heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh oregano

½ tbsp fresh parsley

½ lb pasta

½ cup grated parmesan

½ cup grated mozzarella

Step 1
Season your chicken and sear on medium heat, on each side for approximately 5 minutes, or until it’s cooked through. Remove and set aside.

To the same pot add in butter, shallots, and minced garlic. Sauté for a couple minutes then add in flour and whisk until golden brown. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add cream cheese, let simmer for about 5 minutes and whisk until cream cheese is smoothly blended. Now you can add your seasonings, herbs, and pasta. Let this simmer until pasta is fully cooked. Dice up your chicken, add it to the pot along with your cheeses.
