Ingredients

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp all purpose flour

12 oz evaporated milk

1 cup heavy cream

16 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
To a saucepan on medium-low heat, add in your butter, once melted, add your flour and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to turn a golden brown color.

Slowly whisk in evaporated milk, a little bit at a time. Then you can add in your heavy cream.

12 oz evaporated milk

1 cup heavy cream

Now you can start to mix in your cheese! It’s best to grate your own cheese, but pre-shredded should work too.

Keep your heat low, you don’t want it to boil or burn. Slowly mix in your cheese little by little. Once it’s all mixed in you should have perfectly smooth cheese sauce!
