Cajun chicken & steak stuffed shells

Preheat oven to 350, boil pasta until al dente

In a pan on medium-high heat sautee your onion, bell peppers, and garlic in butter until the onion is translucent and peppers are soft

Add heavy cream, and cream cheese, reduce heat, cover for 5-10 minutes or until cream cheese is soft enough to whisk.  Stir until smooth

Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper.

Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.  Set sauce aside.

In a pan on medium-high heat add your oil and meat.  Add remaining seasoning.  1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cajun seasoning.  Cook for 10-15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.

Now you can stuff your cooled shells with your chicken and steak.  Place in large oven-safe dish, pour sauce over shells.  Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella.

Cover, bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Uncover and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.

Enjoy!  Pairs great with salad and garlic bread.
