Ingredients

2 tbsp avocado oil

½ yellow onion, diced

3 stalks of celery, finely diced

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Kinders buttery garlic and herb seasoning

½ tsp ground thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp tomato paste

15 oz can diced tomatoes

15 oz can tomato sauce

4 cups beef broth

2 cups water

3 large yellow potatoes, cubed

3 carrots, diced

10 oz frozen sweet corn

10 oz frozen cut green beans

¼ cabbage head, diced

Directions

Step 1

To a large pot, add your avocado oil, onion, and celery. Sauté until onions become translucent, and then you can add in your ground beef. Brown your meat, and drain any grease.

Step 2

Add your seasonings, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef, broth, water, potatoes, carrots, corn, and green beans.

½ tsp ground thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp tomato paste

15 oz can diced tomatoes

15 oz can tomato sauce

4 cups beef broth

2 cups water

3 large yellow potatoes, cubed

3 carrots, diced

10 oz frozen sweet corn

10 oz frozen cut green beans

Step 3

Let this simmer on a low boil for an hour, halfway through add in your cabbage. You can do a taste test to determine if you want to add more seasonings.
