Ingredients

3 lbs chicken wings

For the Marinade

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup sriracha

½ cup agave syrup (sub honey)

½ cup olive oil

4 minced garlic cloves

1 Juice of lime

Directions

Step 1

Let’s start off by making the marinade. In a bowl throw in the sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, agave syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, stir until fully combined.

Step 2

Now place your wings in a zip lock bag and add the marinade. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting the wings later. Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum or overnight.

Step 3

Preheat your grill to 350 degrees. You want to create a 2 zone cooking surface. Place the wings opposite of the heat and let them cook until 165 internal temperature.

Step 4

Then sear them off and then place them back on the opposite of the heat and baste them with that reserved marinade. Leave them on the grill for an additional 10 min. This will make the sauce nice and tacky. Remove and let rest for 3 min before serving.
