Spicy Garlic Lobster Tails

Now, let’s prep the sauce ingredients. Chop the parsley, mince the garlic, and measure out the chili flakes and olive oil. Now let’s cut up the lobster tails by using kitchen scissors. Cut the tails along the top, and use your index finger to loosen up the meat from the bottom of the tail. Don’t push up the meat as you will be grilling it first.

Now, grill the tail for about 4 min on the meat side. Then, flip it and leave 4 min tail side down.

Remove the tails and use a skillet to make the sauce. Throw in all ingredients and once the garlic becomes fragrant add the tails back in. Baste them with that delicious sauce and remove the tails at 140 internal temperature.
