Ingredients

1 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls

12 slices thin turkey ham

12 slices honey ham

18 slices Colby jack (use your favorite cheese)

½ stick of unsalted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your smoker to 310 degrees. Now let’s prep the rolls. With a serrated knife, be very careful, cut the buns right through the middle.

Step 2

Now, add mayo and let’s add on 9 slices of cheese, then 12 slices of turkey ham, followed by 12 slices of honey ham and then more the rest of the cheese. Add mayo and finally the top of the buns.

Step 3

Prep your butter by melting it, then add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, mix well and apply to the top of the buns.

Step 4

Place it in the smoker until the cheese is fully melted and the buns are crispy, mine took 40 min to finish. Remove and let cool for 3 min before slicing to separate each individual sandwich.
