Smoked Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks

This is a very simple, yet delicious recipe. Wings are my number one, drumsticks just have that much more meat.

Ingredients

12 chicken drumsticks

½ cup wings sauce ( I used franks red hot)

Some oil

Your favorite seasoning (I used my own seasoning smokin buffalo blend)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Prep your chicken drumsticks by adding some oil and your favorite seasoning.

Step 3

Place the legs in the smoker until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Step 4

Take them out, toss in the wing cause about 1/4 cup and place back on the smoker for an additional 5 min to get the sauce nice and sticky, then remove and toss in the remainder of the sauce.

Step 5

Serve along with celery and carrots.
