Ingredients

2 lb 85/15 ground beef
8 brioche buns

8 slices cheddar cheese

1 large sweet onion, sliced thin

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp buffalo sauce
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the griddle to high heat.
Step 2
Slice the sweet onion thin and set it aside.
Step 3
Toast the brioche buns on the griddle.
Step 4
Make 4 oz meatballs from the ground beef.
Step 5
Use two spatulas to press the meatballs down as thin as possible on the griddle.
Step 6
Season the burgers with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Once the tops of the burgers start to become watery, flip them over.
Step 8
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger.
Step 9
While the cheese is melting, make the sauce by mixing together the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
Step 10
Spread the sauce on both halves of the brioche buns.
Step 11
Add a burger to each bun and top with a few slices of sweet onion.
Step 12
Serve hot and enjoy!
