Ingredients

2 lbs pork belly

1 cup bbq sauce

½ cup agave syrup (sub honey)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees and then cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

Then, season heavily with your favorite bbq rub. Place in the smoker for 2.5 hours.

Step 3

Now place them in an oven-safe dish and add 1 cup bbq sauce and 1/2 cup agave syrup.

Step 4

Wrap them in foil and place them back on the smoker for 2 additional hours. After 2 hours remove and let cool for 10 min before serving.
