Ingredients
1 pound of 85/15 ground beef
4 oz sandwich sliced pepperoni
12 oz marinara sauce
2 buns
2 slices provolone cheese
Tools
Griddle or large skillet
Small saucepan
Knife and cutting board

Measuring cups and spoons
Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat your griddle on medium heat
Step 2
2. Place a small saucepan on the griddle, add the marinara sauce, and cook until it thickens. Once done, set aside

3. Form the ground beef into two 4-ounce burger patties

4. Increase the griddle to high heat and cook the patties for about three minutes on one side. Flip the patties, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic

5. Add the sliced pepperoni to the griddle and cook until they are nice and crispy
Step 6
6. Assemble the burgers by toasting the buns first. On the bottom bun, add some marinara sauce, four slices of crispy pepperoni, and the two burger patties. Add another layer of pepperoni, more marinara sauce, and top with provolone cheese. Finish with the top bun
