Ingredients

5 lbs chicken wings

1 ½ cups pickle juice

¼ cup hot sauce (I used franks red hot)

1 cup corn starch for coating

1 tbsp smokin buffalo blend

6 cups oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Let’s marinade the chicken wings first. In a bowl combine the pickle juice and hot sauce. Then, place the wings in that marinade for at least 2 hours.

Step 2

Now in a separate bowl add 1 tbsp smokin buffalo blend and 1 cup corn starch, combine throughly.

Step 3

Now preheat your oil to 350 degrees, coat the wings really well and shake off any excess, now fry the wings 9-10 min. Do not over crowd the fryer, I did 6 wings at a time.

Step 4

Once all wings are out, re season with smokin buffalo blend. Let cool for 3 min before eating.

Notes

Serve along with blue cheese or ranch to dip. You can use your favorite chicken wings seasoning.
