Ingredients

6 6 oz lobster tails

½ stick butter

3 garlic cloves

½ shallot

1 celery stalk

2 Zest of lemons

6 chive leaves

Salt and pepper to season

¼ cup mayo

3 hotdog brioche buns

Directions

Step 1

Start off by cutting the lobster tails in half, season them with your favorite salty seasoning.

Step 2

Then grill them for about 2 min per side, grill temperature at 350 degrees.

Step 3

Remove all the meat and cube it up, set that aside.

Step 4

Preheat a small sauce pan and add butter, shallots, and lemon juice along with the lobster meat.

Step 5

Add more salt if needed. Then remove after 5 min. In a big bowl combine the lobster meat that’s in the pan, with mayo, celery, chives, and serve on a brioche bun.
