Ingredients

2 ½ lbs beef flanken ribs

2 tbsp green onions (chopped)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 16.9 oz jar of Bibigo Korean marinade

Garnish: Additional chopped green onions

Garnish: Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by placing 2.5 lbs of beef flanken ribs in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions to the bowl for a fresh, aromatic flavor.

Step 3

Include 1 tablespoon of minced garlic for a hint of pungency.

Step 4

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over the ribs to enhance their flavor and tenderness.

Step 5

Pour the entire 16.9 oz jar of Bibigo Korean marinade over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.

Step 6

Use your hands or tongs to mix the ribs with the marinade, garlic, sesame oil, and green onions thoroughly.

Step 7

Allow the ribs to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, giving time for the flavors to infuse into the meat.

Step 8

Preheat your grill to a high temperature, ready for searing the ribs.

Step 9

Once the grill is hot, arrange the marinated ribs on the grill.

Step 10

Grill the ribs for approximately 3 minutes on each side, aiming for a nicely charred exterior while keeping the interior moist and tender.

Step 11

After grilling, immediately transfer the ribs to a serving platter.

Step 12

Garnish the cooked ribs with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a handful of freshly chopped green onions for an added layer of flavor and texture.
