Ingredients
2 lbs of large shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup shredded cheese
1 diced jalapeno pepper
5 bacon slices (cooked and minced)
1 tsp sweet seasoning
4 oz melted butter
1 tsp garlic paste
1 Juice of lemon
Directions
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeno, minced bacon, and sweet seasoning in a bowl; set aside.
Step 2
Cut along the back of each shrimp without cutting all the way through.
Step 3
Season shrimp with your preferred seasoning.
Step 4
Preheat grill to 250 degrees.
Step 5
Place a small amount of filling onto the back of each shrimp.
Step 6
Grill stuffed shrimp for 25 minutes until pink.
Step 7
Baste with butter mixture in the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Step 8
Remove from grill and serve.
