Ingredients

3 ½ lb Tomahawk steak

Salt

Holy garlic seasoning by Fire and Smoke Society

1 ½ lb Frozen curly fries

2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp All purpose flour

1 cup Cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups Heavy cream

1 tsp Smoked paprika

1 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to 300 degrees. You want the grill to be at a medium heat to cook the tomahawk steak evenly.

Step 2

Season your 3.5lb tomahawk steak generously with salt and Holy garlic seasoning by Fire and Smoke Society. Rub the seasoning into the steak, making sure to cover it completely.

Step 3

Once the grill has reached the desired temperature, place the tomahawk steak on the grill. Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it is browned and crispy on the outside.

Step 4

Flip the steak halfway through cooking to ensure that both sides are cooked evenly. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak. Once it reaches 125 degrees Fahrenheit, remove it from the grill.

Step 5

Cover the tomahawk steak with foil to keep it warm while you prepare the other components of the meal.

Step 6

Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 7

While the air fryer is preheating, spread 1.5lb of frozen curly fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook the fries for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes to ensure that they cook evenly.

Step 8

For the Cheese Sauce

Step 1

Start by melting 2 tbsp of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter begins to bubble, whisk in 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.

Step 2

Gradually pour in 1.5 cups of heavy cream, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Add 1 tsp of smoked paprika and 1 tsp of black pepper to the mixture. These spices will add a smoky, peppery flavor to the cheese sauce.

Step 4

Add 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese to the mixture, whisking continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Step 5

If the sauce is too thick, you can add more heavy cream or milk in small amounts until it reaches the desired consistency. The sauce should be thin enough to drizzle over the steak and fries.

Step 6

Remove the cheese sauce from heat and set it aside.

Step 7

Once the curly fries are done cooking, remove them from the air fryer basket and transfer them to a serving platter.

Step 8

Slice the tomahawk steak into thick slices and arrange them on the same platter as the curly fries.

Step 9

Drizzle the cheese sauce over the steak and fries, making sure to cover them evenly.

Step 10

Serve your delicious grilled tomahawk steak and curly fries with cheese sauce immediately, while they're still warm and fresh.
