Ingredients

3 lb tomahawk steak

4 eggs

1 lb asparagus

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preheating your grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure that it reaches an optimal cooking temperature.

Step 2

Take the tomahawk steak and season it generously with your favorite steak seasoning. Ensure that the seasoning is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the steak.

Step 3

Once the grill has reached the desired temperature, place the seasoned steak on the grates and sear it on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until a nice crust has formed. Once seared, move the steak to the opposite side of the grill and close the lid to allow it to cook to desired doneness.

Step 4

Use the meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak. The recommended internal temperature for medium-rare is 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the steak has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

Step 5

While the steak is resting, prepare the asparagus by cutting off the tough ends. Once ready, place a large skillet on the grill and add the asparagus to the skillet. Cook until tender, then push them to one side of the skillet.

Step 6

Add the eggs to the other side of the skillet and season them with salt and pepper. Scatter Parmesan cheese over the eggs and continue cooking until the cheese is fully melted.

Step 7

Finally, remove the skillet from heat and slice the steak into desired portions. Serve the steak alongside the asparagus and eggs, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
