Ingredients

2 lbs shrimp cleaned and deveined

¼ cup cooking oil

For the Sauce

1 stick of butter

1 tsp chili flakes

2 tbsp parleys

1 tbsp olive oil

6 garlic cloves

1 Juice of lemon

For the Seasoning

Italian seasoning

Cajun seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Let’s mince the garlic, then chop the parsley.

Step 2

Place the shrimp in a bowl and add olive oil and season with Cajun and Italian seasoning. Preheat your skillet on high heat, add 1/4 cup of cooking oil, now sear the shrimp 1 min per side. Remove them and set them aside.

Step 3

Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook them in batches if you have a lot. Once all the shrimp are removed, add 2 tbsp cooking oil and the chili flakes along with the parsley.

Step 4

After that chili flakes are nicely browned add the minced garlic and cut the heat to low.

Step 5

Once the garlic is nicely brown add the butter, once the butter is all melted, turn off the heat and add your shrimp back in. Give the shrimp a few turns in the pan to coat them really well.
