Ingredients

4 lbs whole chicken wings

2 cups pork panko (sub regular Panko)

3 smokin buffalo blend by Spanglish asadero (Use code fire10)

2 tbsp avocado oil (sub cooking oil)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl combine, the seasoning and panko, then add the avocado oil to the wings and coat them really well.

Step 2

Then coat them in the panko mixture, press it on the wings. Preheat your smoke to 320 degrees, I used apple wood for smoke flavor. Remove the wings once they hit an internal temperature of 175 degrees.

Step 3

Serve along with your favorite dipping sauce, carrots and celery!

Notes

These are such a crowd-pleaser, make plenty! You can add some wing sauce to them, use a brush to coat them. You don’t want the panko to fall off by tossing them.
