2 lobster tails (18 oz each)
For the Seasoning
Salt and pepper
Dan O’s Chipotle Seasoning
For the Sauce
8 oz unsalted butter
2 tsp Dan O’s Chipotle Powder
3 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chili flakes
1 Juice of lemon

Step 1
Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to 250°F.

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Cut the lobster tails in half, leaving them attached to the tail.

Rinse under cool running water.

Season the Lobster: Sprinkle the lobster tails generously with salt, pepper, and Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning.

Make the Sauce

Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan.

Heat over low heat until fully melted and well-mixed.

Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill and cook for 10 minutes.

Begin basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.

Check the Temperature: Continue grilling and basting until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (about 40 minutes total).
