Ingredients

2 lobster tails (18 oz each)

For the Seasoning

Salt and pepper

Dan O’s Chipotle Seasoning

For the Sauce

8 oz unsalted butter

2 tsp Dan O’s Chipotle Powder

3 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp chili flakes

1 Juice of lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to 250°F.

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Cut the lobster tails in half, leaving them attached to the tail.

Rinse under cool running water.

Season the Lobster: Sprinkle the lobster tails generously with salt, pepper, and Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning.
