Ingredients

4 lbs chicken wings

½ cup corn starch

Spanglish asadero all purpose to season them thoroughly (you can use your favorite seasoning)

2 tbsp cooking oil

For the Sauce

¼ cup buffalo wing sauce

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Minced garlic

4 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oil to 375 degrees. Then prep your wings and add 1 tbsp cooking oil to the wings then coat them thoroughly with the seasoning. Really get in there and incorporate that seasoning.

Step 2

After, add another tbsp cooking oil and the corn starch and incorporate once again. Now that the wings are fully coated, start to fry them in batches, depending on what you are using to fry them, do not overcrowd the pan. Fry them thoroughly for 7 min. I made sure my wings were at 165 before removing them.

Step 3

Let them rest over a paper towel to catch any grease. While frying the rest, Start to make your sauce, in a saucepan, add buffalo sauce, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese and butter.

Step 4

Place the pan over low heat for about 5-10 min consistently stirring, see that the cheese is melted. Then toss your wings with that delicious sauce.

Notes

You can serve the wings alongside celery and carrots and as for the sauce, either blue cheese or ranch, you decide.
