This is a really flavorful recipe. I love using the Spanglish asadero Al pastor seasoning, has a lot flavor. The pico de gallo just brings these tacos to a new level.

Ingredients

2 lbs thin sliced pork chops

¼ cup olive oil

Al pastor seasoning by Spanglish asadero

Pico de gallo

1 steak tomato

2 serrano peppers

2 tbsp cilantro

¼ red onion

1 Juice or 2 limes

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Let’s preheat the grill to 450 degrees.

Step 2

Now let’s marinate the pork chops. Place them in a bowl and add olive oil and al pastor seasoning. Now place them aside and let’s make the pico de gallo.

Step 3

Let’s dice up the onions, tomato, serranos and chop the cilantro, place them in a bowl and add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Now let’s grill the pork chops, grill them until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. I flipped them every 2 min until the internal temperature was reached.

Step 5

Now place them aside and warm up the tortillas, once those are warmed place them in a foil to keep warm. Now chop the meat with a cleaver, you want them bite-size. Let’s assemble, add the pork chop meat and top with the pico de gallo.
