Cooking wasn’t always my passion — that didn’t start until about 8 or 9 years ago. It really began when my mom became a teacher, and I had to start cooking dinner for my sisters and myself. I dove into YouTube videos and cookbooks, practicing recipes and trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible so I could make something beyond a grilled cheese.

Over time, I improved and developed a deep appreciation for the craft of cooking. It became something truly beautiful to me. As I got better, I started cooking for my roommates and friends, and seeing how much they loved my food motivated me even more.

In 2023, some of my close friends pushed me to start making cooking videos—and here we are today. If you’re reading this, thank you for being a part of this crazy journey. I love you all for the support!
