Cooking wasn't my thing until about 8-9 years ago. I really got into it when my mom became a teacher and I had to make my sisters and I dinner. I started to watch a lot of YouTube and read a lot of cook books. I would practice recipes and try to engulf as much knowledge as I could so I could cook myself something other than a grilled cheese... As time went on I progressed and gained so much knowledge about cooking. It's really a beautiful thing. I started to cook for my roommates and friends as I got better and they loved my cooking. In 2023 my good friends pressured me into making cooking videos, and here we are now! If you're reading this right now, thank you for being with me on this wild ride. I fucking love you!
