2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp pistachios

1 whole Thai chili peppers

Step 1
on medium heat, add 1/4 cup oil, sauté the vegetables, garlic, and seeds and salt

Blend the sautéed mixed along with Thai chili pepper olive oil and salt

Cook your pasta and save some pasta water

Step 4
Put the cooked pasta in the same pan that you sauté the vegetables, add in your sauce and some pasta water and adjust with salt
