Ingredients
2 lb cod fish

½ cup rice flour

Salt and pepper to taste

¾ cup plain flour

¼ cup rice flour

1 tsp & 1/4 baking powder

¼ tsp salt

10 oz to 12 carbonated water
Directions
Step 1
1. Put salt and pepper on your fish and coat in rice flour

2. Combine everything in the wet batter. It should smooth and runny like a pancake batter.

3. Coat the fish in the wet batter and deep fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown while flipping every few minutes

4. As soon as you take it our the oil, salt it while it is still hot

5. Assemble the burger with tartar sauce, lettuce, chips (fries), and any other sauce you like.
