Ingredients
1 shallots
2 tbsp yellow thai curry paste
1 can coconut milk
1 green onions
2 tbsp minced garlic

1 cilantro
1 Thai chili peppers
Directions
Step 1
On medium low heat, put some oil in a pan.
Step 2
Dice up a shallot, and add to pan. Cook until translucent, and add the bottom part of one green onion and chopped garlic.

Add yellow curry paste, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add in coconut milk, bring to a boil, and simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Add in shrimp, and cook on medium-low heat. Flip shrimp after 5 minutes, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Cut off the heat, and add in your green onions, fresh cilantro, and thai chili pepper.
