3 tbs butter
5 cloves garlic
2 whole Thai chili peppers

Step 1
Season ribeye with garlic pepper seasoning.

Add avocado oil to a pan and sear steak (med-high heat) on one side for a couple minutes.

Step 3
Flip the steak, reduce the heat and add in butter, garlic, rosemary and Thai chili peppers. Baste continuously until steak is cooked to your liking.

Add some butter from the steak to another pan and toast both sides of your bread.

For the sauce, mix together equal parts ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. Then add in sliced Thai chili peppers.
