Step 1
Mix tuna, cucumber, red onions, cilantro, Thai chili pepper, lime juice and mayo in a bowl.

Add in the seasonings and mix well.

Slice your bread, then lather it with mango chutney.

Stack the sandwich: bread, chutney, tuna mix, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, bread. Then toast with butter in a pan on both sides using a lid to melt the cheese.
