Directions
Step 1
Toss your chicken breast with oil and the seasoning mix below.

Step 2
Add oil to a pan and pan fry the chicken on medium heat until cooked through.

Finely chop red onion, tomato, cilantro and Thai chili pepper.

Warm your tortilla in a pan, spread mango chuntney onto it and then stack you taco with: chicken, red onion, cilantro, tomato and Thai chili pepper.
Step 5
Garnish with shredded paneer cheese and squeezed lime juice on top.
