8 oz buttermilk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

3 tsp paprika

1 cup potato starch

¼ cup rice flour

¼ cup cornmeal

1 tsp garlic powder

2 slice cheese

1 whole thai chili peppers

2 slice tomato

10 slice red onions

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 whole sourdough bread

1 lb chicken thigh boneless

Directions

Step 1

Marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours with the seasoning mix and buttermilk

Step 2

Put the chicken thighs in the dry batter and coat well

Fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown about 10-12 mins

Step 4

Assemble with sourdough bread, onions, tomato, mayonnaise, cheese and thai chili peppers
