2 whole russet potatoes
1 lb shrimp
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
2 tsp hot paprika
½ tsp ginger powder

1 ½ tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp heavy cream
¼ cup cilantro
1 whole thai chili pepper
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot paprika
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp coriander
¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Step 1
Poke holes in the potato with a fork and rub oil and salt on it and bake at 425 for 70 mins

Marinate the shrimp with the seasoning below

Cook the shrimp by adding butter and then tomato sauce and heavy cream. cook for about 10 mins and then turn off heat add in cilantro and thai chili peppers

make the masala butter by combining the seasoning to room temp butter

Cook your steak and baste with the masala butter

Once the potato is done baking, take out the "potato meat" and mix that with half of the shrimp dish and put it back in the potato and top with more shrimp masala and steak and cheese, and melt in the oven.
