Ingredients
2 lb salmon
4 tbsp of Honey
3 tbsp of brown sugar
5 tbsp of Soy sauce
4 tbsp of water
4 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of vinegar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
2 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 whole thai chili peppers
Directions
Step 1
Cut up the salmon in square pieces and combine the seasoning mix you see below.
2 lb salmon
2 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soy sauce

Bake at 400F for 15 mins
Step 3
To make the sauce, combine the ingredients below in a saucepan and bring to simmer on medium-low heat
4 tbsp of Honey
3 tbsp of brown sugar
5 tbsp of Soy sauce
4 tbsp of water
4 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of vinegar
Step 4
After 3 mins of simmering, add in the cornstarch slurry by combining the ingredients below

2 tsp cornstarch
Step 5
Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat, add in sesame seeds and thai chili peppers
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 whole thai chili peppers
Step 6
Mix the sauce with the salmon
