Ingredients
1 lb lamb chops
olive oil
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp salt
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbs water
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
3 tbs brown sugar
½ tbs corn starch

Directions
Step 1
Toss your lamb chops with oil and season thoroughly with the spices below.

Step 2
Add oil to a pan on medium high heat. Add in your lamb and cook for about 3 min on each side before removing from heat.

Add the ingredients listed below to a bowl for the sauce and mix well.

1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger (chopped)

Step 4
Add your sauce to the pan on low heat. Cook for about 5 mins and then add the lamb back in. Cook on both sides until cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
