Ingredients

1 lb chicken thigh

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 egg white

2 whole chopped garlic cloves

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup potato starch

4 tbsp of Honey

3 tbsp of brown sugar

5 tbsp of Soy sauce

4 tbsp of water

4 tbsp of ketchup

2 tbsp of vinegar

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp water

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 whole thai chili pepper
Directions
Step 1
cut the chicken thighs in small pieces and marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the ingredients below

Step 2
coat the chicken in potato starch and fry at 375F for about 5 mins and take it out and fry again for about 5 mins or until dark brown.

To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan below and put it on medium heat, and bring to simmer.

4 tbsp of Honey

3 tbsp of brown sugar

5 tbsp of Soy sauce

4 tbsp of water

4 tbsp of ketchup

2 tbsp of vinegar

Once its simmers for 3 mins, add in your cornstarch slurry by combining the ingredients below

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp water

Once the sauce thickens, turn off the add-in your sesame seeds and thai chili peppers

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix the sauce with the chicken
