4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup rice (cooked)
½ bunch cilantro (chopped)
½ english cucumber (sliced)
1 slice red onion
2 slices tomato
1 wedge lime

Directions
Step 1
Cook your rice.

Step 2
Toss salmon in a dash of oil with the seasoning mix below.

Step 3
Add oil to a pan on medium low heat. Cook the salmon for 1-2 minutes. Flip, then cook for another 1-2 mins until cooked through.

Add onion to a pan, once translucent, add in chopped garlic. After 1 min, add your rice and cilantro.

Plate with cucumber, red onion, tomato and lime.
