½ cup potato starch

2 tbs rice flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Thaw and peel your shrimp, then in a bowl season with hot paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning salt.

Step 2

Mix thoroughly and add just enough buttermilk to fully coat the shrimp.

To flavor the mix even more, always add in Thai chili pepper that's been chopped finely.

Step 4

Fully coat your shrimp in the flour mix containing potato starch, rice flour, garlic powder and onion powder.

Step 5

Fry the shrimp in vegetable oil at 365°F until golden brown.

Toss shrimp in your favorite buffalo hot sauce and chili flakes and top with cilantro.
