Directions
Step 1
Mix buttermilk together with the spice mix below.

Step 2
Mix together your dredge with the ingredients below.

¼ cup white rice flour
¼ cup potato flakes

Step 3
Cut the paneer into 3/4" slices. Coat them entirely in the buttermilk mix, and then into the flour dredge.

Fry the paneer in batches in canola oil at 250F until golden brown.

Mix the fried paneer in your favorite buffalo sauce with Korean chili flakes, cilantro and Thai chili pepper.
