Ingredients

buttermilk

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp coriander

½ tsp garam masala

to taste salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp tumeric powder

1 tsp ground ginger

½ cup potato starch

¼ cup white rice flour

¼ cup potato flakes

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

buffalo sauce

Korean red pepper flakes

cilantro, finely chopped

Thai chili peppers

Directions

Step 1

Mix buttermilk together with the spice mix below.

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp tumeric powder

1 tsp ground ginger

Step 2

Mix together your dredge with the ingredients below.

½ cup potato starch

¼ cup white rice flour

¼ cup potato flakes

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Step 3

Cut the paneer into 3/4" slices. Coat them entirely in the buttermilk mix, and then into the flour dredge.

Fry the paneer in batches in canola oil at 250F until golden brown.

Step 5

Mix the fried paneer in your favorite buffalo sauce with Korean chili flakes, cilantro and Thai chili pepper.
