Ingredients
2 whole eggs
½ tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp butter
1 slice sourdough loaf
1 tbsp olive oil
½ avocado
1 slice tomato
1 tsp aleppo pepper
4 slices red onion
1 whole Thai chili peppers
¼ tsp salt
Directions
Step 1
On low heat put in the butter, 2 beaten eggs, and miso paste. You can add more miso paste if desired. Keep stirring until it thickens up. Once it thickens up, turn off the stove and take the egg mix out the pan. Do not overcook the eggs. If you leave the eggs in the pan, it will continue too cook since the pan is hot.

Toast the bread with oil on the pan.

To assemble, put on the avocado, salt, tomato, aleppo pepper, egg mix, red onions and thai chili pepper
